- DIGITAL VEHICLE INSPECTION (COURTESY CHECK)
- AT TIME OF SERVICE ON 03/05/26 THE TECH PULLED CODE P0128 (THERMOSTAT FAULTY). TECH RECOMMENDS REPLACING THE THERMOSTAT. THE TECH ALSO NOTED THAT THE VALVE COVER GASKETS ARE LEAKING, ALL THE COOLANT HOSES ARE ORIGINAL ON THE VEHICLE AND RECOMMENDED TO BE REPLACED. OIL PAN GASKET IS LEAKING, OIL COOLER BLOCK OFF PLATE IS LEAKING, REAR MAIL SEAL PLATE IS LEAKING, AND THE FRONT BRAKE PADS ARE AT 5% AND NEEDS TO BE REPLACED AS WELL AT THE FRONT ROTORS.
- Replace front brake pad linings and front brake disc rotors. Clean and lubricate brake calipers and slide mechanisms. Check and fill brake fluid. Bleed air from system. Road test vehicle.
- CRANKSHAFT MAIN OIL SEAL COVER GASKET – Remove & Replace – RWD Rear,w/Skid Plate – [Includes: R&I Transmission and Flywheel and replace Rear Main Seal.]
- OIL PAN COVER GASKET – Remove & Replace – w/o Engine Oil Cooler
- REMOVE AND REPLACE ENGINE OIL COOLER GASKET
- Lubricate and check chassis. Change oil and oil filter. Check air filter and breather filter. Check all fluid levels and tire pressures. Preform basic safety inspection.
- RADIATOR HOSE – Remove & Replace – Both
- REMOVE AND REPLACE OUT LET HOSE
- THERMOSTAT – Remove & Replace
- VALVE COVER GASKET – Remove & Replace – Both – [Includes: Camshaft Covers on Over Head Cam Engines.]
- Flush transmission which includes: flushing of transmission cooler, cooler lines, valve body, and torque converter. Flush all contaminated fluid out and replace
- Inspect hoses and clamps. Pressure test cooling system.
